• Site Title

Office Professional Plus 2019 is a full suite of business-grade software that includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote. It also includes Outlook, which makes it easier to manage email, calendar, contacts and tasks.

It is a single-license version of Office that can be installed on one computer. However, the features included with this edition are not as comprehensive as those available with Office 365.

    Productivity

Office Professional Plus 2019 offers a range of productivity features that help people work efficiently and effectively. It helps information workers to create documents and spreadsheets, analyze data, create computer slide shows, and read email.

Microsoft Office is used by billions of people around the world, whether they are working at home, in an office, or in a classroom. It has been updated with a new modern look, time-saving features, and improved collaboration.

The software suite is available for desktop PCs, Macs, and online services like Skype for Business. It also includes applications for mobile devices.

The software is sold as a one-time purchase from retail stores or through volume licensing channels. Unlike previous versions, retail and volume versions of Office use Click-to-Run for installation instead of Windows Installer (MSI). This makes it easier to deploy the software to several users at once. It also simplifies license tracking, enables software upgrade management, and improves software cost management.

    Communication

Easily manage all of your business' email, calendars, and tasks with Office Professional Plus. This new version of Outlook features push email support, conversation view groups, and calendars that can be viewed side-by-side for planning.

Microsoft also focuses on making communication a top priority with its newest versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote. These apps now feature enhanced Morph transitions, text highlighter and zoom capabilities.

Using the latest version of Microsoft's desktop applications will allow you to create and edit documents, presentations, spreadsheets and databases in record time. In addition, the newest editions offer improved inking tools, data types, functions and more innovative ways to work efficiently.

    Collaboration

Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019 is a complete solution that includes all the latest versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Publisher for business users. The software also includes a modern look and time-saving features that improve productivity, collaboration and make it easier to access documents from anywhere.

To get the full real-time collaborative editing experience (what Microsoft calls "co-authoring"), you need to be an Office 365 subscriber. This is because in the past, the desktop clients of Word and PowerPoint didn't offer it to non-subscribers at all.

However, in Office 2021, real-time co-authoring is finally available to everyone working on a document that's stored on the Microsoft cloud service OneDrive. Anyone who has the document will see the changes that other people have made in real time, as well as colored cursors to indicate their identities.

    Security

Microsoft Office is one of the most popular productivity suites in the world. Its most common applications include Word for writing, Excel for creating spreadsheets, and Outlook for communicating with colleagues.

It also includes a variety of tools to help users collaborate more efficiently, including Publisher, which is used for formatting and generating graphics, and Access, which allows people to create databases. Both programs have been improved in 2019 so that they can expand pen recognition and accelerate collaboration with colleagues on a wide range of data types.

If you have a business, you should consider purchasing Office Professional Plus. It includes many of the features that are available in Microsoft 365, including automatic and cumulative feature upgrades.

However, the volume licensed version of Office is still a little behind in feature updates and does not receive security patches as quickly. This means that it will not be supported for as long as the one-time purchase version is.
